The Syracuse City Arts Council enthusiastically announces its 2017 Season! This year our community arts programs include a summer musical,“Oklahoma!” and a special event concert featuring Jenny Oaks Baker with our fantastic Syracuse Symphony Orchestra. The orchestra will also provide three additional concerts. We are thrilled to see our community and programs achieving new heights!
